The board of Path of Democracy had the honour to meet with the CE, Ms Carrie Lam, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, Mr Erick Tsang and the director of the CE’s Office, Mr Eric Chan, and to present to them the latest findings of the ‘One Country Two Systems’ Index. We proposed the set up of an office dedicated to initiating explanatory work to the public and the international community so to alleviate their concerns about the National Security Law.
