On 28 October, Ronny Tong, the Convenor of Path of Democracy, attended the “Dialogue” Forum co-organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences, the University of Hong Kong and the Research Hub on Institutions of China as a panellist. The topic was “After the New Electoral System: Prospect of Political Development in Hong Kong”. Rita Fan Hsu Lai-Tai , former President of the Legislative Council and Albert Chen Hung-yee, Cheng Chan Lan Yue Professor in Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, HKU also participated in the forum.
